You must go Sankalp not because they won’t the Guinness Book of World records for making the longest dosa in the world but because they serve the most amazing Thayjr vadai (which has its roots in Kanchipuram I think) and is a royal and more delicious South Indian cousin of the North Indian Dahi wada. The presentation only added to make the dish more attractive to a very hungry me. This place was such a delight even for hardcore meat eaters like me. Highly recommended for palates that like to experience flavours that are unique - try the truffle oil and sweet potato dumplings, the avaocado toastie and of course the sweet potato fries. The drink I don’t recollect what it was called but it was by far the most refreshing drink I had in a while. Must mention that the staff is very courteous and kind, the decor is very relaxed and the food is something evening a non-vegetarian will enjoy.
