When in doubt, bake bread!

Last weekend was dedicated to learning something new. I always wanted to learn to make bread, had it in my yearly goals list for two years (which i, of course  procrastinated forever) and I learnt to make bread finally at the APB Cook Studio taught to us by the very effervescent Shekhar! Feeding frenzy in Saigon, Vietnam

Yes yes i know i am late by almost  month to write this food blog but life happened and my blogging got relegated to ‘i should do this some day’. I took my ‘not-so-solo’ trip to Vietnam last month and i had a blast – to say the least. My friend accompanied me for a…

Holiday post – Mangalore

Mangalore is home and whenever I am here my brains don’t function. It is so relaxing here and so silent, you really want to shut down. What I normally do when at home, is that I sleep, read and eat. Speaking of eating it actually took me to eat some amazing food today to wake…

During my travel, I was made…

I feel for today’s generation. They don’t have half as much fun as we had as kids – loading up on carbs and sugar.

E for eggs #AtoZChallenge catch-up

Breakfast for me isn’t complete without eggs. I love eggs for breakfast and if there are eggs on the menu I would have breakfast for lunch and dinner too. Especially when I am at a restaurant that serves all day breakfast I make sure I either order eggs benedict or a frittata no matter what…
